"Who killed Nolan Hotchkiss?"   This review is on The Perfectionist Duology. The Good Girls (The Perfectionist #2) may contain spoilers from the first book.   In Beacon Heights, Washington, five high school girls believe they have nothing in common. Caitlin is the star of her female soccer team and so close to getting the scholarship she's worked so hard for. Ava is beautiful and smart, but is she above using her looks to get the grades? Mackenzie is a cellist who is competing against her best friend for a spot at Juilliard. Popular Girl Julie hides her deepest fears at home away from her social life. Julie's best friend, former It Girl Parker has become distant and has been living on the wild side ever since her tragic accident. Together, they plan the perfect hypothetical way to kill Nolan and make it l...

Strong Looks Better Naked by Khloé Kardashian

Image
I have never watched an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's, but I do follow Khloé and Kourtney on Instagram. I started noticing on the covers of magazines of The Kardashian's life, but what always interested me the most was Khloé's appearance. Every time I saw her on the cover of a magazine she always looked better than before! I know magazines never actually get the story straight so I decided to get updates on Khloé's life from the best possible source, Khloé herself. On Instagram, Khloé posts pictures of her workout wardrobe, gym selfies, promotes a healthy lifestyle, and inspirational quotes. She was the kind of positive motivation I needed in my life, so I was more then determined to get my hands on a copy of her book. I never expected to relate to someone so much, but I feel Khloé and I are so much alike, we have similar hearts. It makes me appreciate her on a whole new level. Most people cannot get past the celebrity side of Khloé, or even that fact ...

5 Movies I Wish Were Also Books

Image
Throughout my life I have come across a number of movies I wish I could experience again as a book. I have carefully thought out a list of 5 movies I wish I could read:   *Note these movies are not based in any rating order.       1. Titanic If Jack and Rose don't pull on your heartstrings then your are either lying to yourself or you haven't watched Titanic. It's an incredible love story that has been one of my favourites for years. I would love to read a book, from the point of view of Rose as a surviver, reliving her everlasting love with Jack leading up to the sinking of the Titanic.       2. The Age of Adaline The Age of Adaline is such a beautifully unique story, I cannot find a book even close enough to satisfy myself. Blake Lively is incredible as the timeless Adaline Bowman. Told from the perspective of Adaline throughout the decades, the story of her history and love life can be pieced together through her long, ...

"What does it take to survive aboard a spaceship fueled by lies?"   Seventeen year old Amy and her parents have decided to be frozen as part of an experience aboard spaceship Godspeed. No one is suppose to be awaken until Godspeed lands on a new planet for humans, three hundred years into the future. Except, someone on the ship woke Amy up fifty years early. Amy is now living on a spaceship, with her parents still frozen, years away from the new planet that is suppose to become her home. Someone is unplugging her people, but they aren't surviving the unfreezing process and it's up to Amy and Elder, the future leader of the ship, to figure out who the murder is before they get to her parents.     The storyline for this book is amazing and the cover is incredible. When I heard about Across the Universe I couldn't get down to the bookstore fast enough to get a copy. I was really into everything about this book, but my biggest issue with it is how p...
