How To Love by Katie Cotugno

Before:
After years of loving the bad boy next door, Sawyer takes notice of Reena one night and they fall into a deep, messy love. But Reena finds out, loving a bad boy has heart breaking consequences. Sawyer disappears from town without so much as a goodbye to anyone, leaving a devastated and pregnant Reena behind..

After:
Three years later the only love Reena needs in her life is her beautiful daughter Hannah. Life as a mother isn't what she expected but she's leaning, and she had the support of her family. Reena doesn't need Sawyer for anything. Until just as quickly as Sawyer left her life, he's back in town and wants to talk with Reena and meet the daughter he never knew he had. Unable to forgive Sawyer, Reena cannot deny that there is something happening between them. Will history repeat itself for the second time, or will Reena and Sawyer finally have the family both of them deserve?

Katie Cotugno's debut novel is so beautifully written, it really pulls on your heart strings. Sawyer's drama is just as much a part of Reena's life before they start their relationship as it is during and after. She has always been wrapped up in him, and it causes some serious problems between her and her best friend Allie. I adored this book and suggest cancelling any plans for the day you start reading this, because it's impossible to put down. I really look forward to reading more by Cotugno.
